Michele's Pilates has become an essential part of my routine. The classes are fun and engaging. She goes into great detail about what each part of your body should be doing with each exercise - she is a fantastic guide and motivator to push myself beyond what I'd normally be able to achieve! It's a wonderful mind and body conditioning - I love Michele's Pilates!

Grateful that Michele has been my Pilates Instructor for over 4 years. Having a shattered patella, it was hard to workout and regain the strength I once had in my right knee, until I met Michele. Michele is an amazing Pilates instructor. I have had severe pain with both of my knees for the past six years. Michele had me work out specific muscles to strengthen my knees and I’ve had zero knee pain since beginning this exercise routine. Michele is great at changing up the lesson to suit how my body is feeling that day while always ensuring that I get a great workout. I have done many different exercise routines / classes, but Pilates with Michele has made me the strongest I’ve ever been, I can’t recommend her enough!

I have been with Michele for the past six years now. To me, besides being fun, what sets her apart from the majority instructors are her knowledge and awareness of the body. Michele is unique because treats each one of us as individual, ensuring first and foremost to gain benefit but also mindful of potential injury. I injured my shoulder and back from doing weights more than a year ago, she still is mindful of my injuries and has modified our routines. I really do appreciate how she cares and my next morning has not broken with “ouch, what have I done” from last night’s Pilates class? It’s a wild world out there and finding a fantastic Pilates instructor is like finding one in that million. Trust me, you won’t be sorry.

Michele has been a part of my exercise life for 5 plus years now. She replaced a loved Pilates teacher at my local gym and soon became the new "loved" Pilates teacher. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Pilates instruction and techniques. She uses various props on a regular basis and keeps the class interesting with her variety of exercises. She always offers modifications if someone is dealing with random pains and issues from aching knees to sore backs. I would highly recommend joining Michele for a Pilates class or classes. It will change your life for the better and keep you challenged and fit.
